Here is a list of the information needed on the booking form:

* Full Names exactly as shown on valid passport of each guest per room

* Birthdates of each guest

* Full mailing address including postal code

* Telephone number including area code

* Email address

* Departure Airport City (eg. St John's, Halifax, Toronto, etc)

* Form of payment

 

Payment
