Rates
This trip is booked through Air Canada Vacations and is a standard 7 night package so the travel dates will be May 6-13th, 2019.
The room occupancy listed refers to how many people will be sharing the room, and does affect the rate. Room category must be requested at time of booking. These rates are inclusive of air, all inclusive hotel for 7 nights, transfers and tax.
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person is required to guarantee your space. Final payments will be due March 5th, 2019. Cancellations after deposit will result in a $75 plus HST cancellation fee per person. Terms and conditions as listed on the tour operators website in this case Air Canada Vacations.
All rates are in Canadian Dollars and valid until September 12th, 2018. After this date and/or once the rooms we are holding are filled, these rates will need to be re-quoted. Rates then will be subject to availability.
It is the Bride and Groom's wish that this vacation be a stress-free as possible, for both themselves and their guests. Therefore they have requested that insurance be mandatory for all guests. You can find more information about the policies available on the insurance page.
